The EAE IPR200 KNX IP Router is a powerful networking device essential for connecting the classic Twisted Pair (TP) KNX bus line to an IP backbone or local network. Serving as a line or backbone coupler, the IPR200 ensures seamless communication between the two different network mediums via KNXnet/IP Routing.In addition to its role as a network coupler, the IPR200 is also a comprehensive Tunneling and Routing device. This functionality allows the device to act as a gateway for commissioning and monitoring purposes, enabling simultaneous access from up to 4 KNXnet/IP connections (tunneling clients) for efficient remote maintenance and programming via the local network.The IPR200 achieves electrical insulation between the linked lines (IP and TP KNX), ensuring system safety and stability.
