Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Smartanix. These Terms and Conditions explain how our store works, including commercial support for large projects, order changes and cancellations, delivery and stock, warranty, shipping, and payment methods.

By using this website and placing orders with Smartanix, you agree to the policies described below. If you have questions, please contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp.

Commercial Support (Large Scale Projects)

For special projects (for example residential apartments, hotels, or commercial buildings), you may request dedicated commercial support to receive special pricing or cost estimates.

  • How to request: Contact our commercial team by email or WhatsApp.
  • Eligible projects: Large-scale automation and KNX projects.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Changing an Order
  • Orders can only be edited on the payment day.
  • Changes requested during the 48 hours after payment incur a 20% extra fee.
  • No changes can be made after 48 hours following payment.
Order Cancellation
  • Cancellations are available for 3 days after payment.
  • A 15% cancellation fee is deducted from the order amount.
  • The remaining balance is refunded to your bank account after 20 days.
  • Refund process: Send bank account details from your registered email to contact@smartanix.com. Funds are returned to the account used for the original payment.

Important: Orders cannot be changed after 24 hours from the time of payment.

Delivery Date and Stock

Warranty and Product Returns

Warranties
  • Product guarantees are those defined by each manufacturer whose products Smartanix sells and distributes.
  • Warranty is valid from the purchase date shown on the invoice or delivery note.
  • For warranty duration and conditions for a specific manufacturer, contact our sales team at contact@smartanix.com or +90 534 478 8980.
Products Damaged on Delivery
  • Products damaged during delivery are excluded from the warranty.
  • Smartanix is not responsible for products damaged by transport services.
  • Shipping insurance: If you wish to purchase shipping insurance against damage or loss, you must notify Smartanix before completing your purchase.

Shipping Methods

We offer two main shipping methods:

  1. Local Pickup (EXW Turkey)
    • Cost: No shipping cost to the client.
    • Process: We notify you when items are ready. You arrange collection at our offices with your transport company.
  2. DHL Express
    • Delivery: Orders are delivered to your address via DHL.
    • Cost: Quoted per order based on weight, volume, and destination.
    • Tracking: Track your shipment using DHL's online tracking system.

Payment Methods

Customs clearance fee: For direct bank transfer and online card payment, a €200 fee is added to your order for Turkey customs clearance documents. This fee applies to all orders using those payment methods.
