For special projects (for example residential apartments, hotels, or commercial buildings), you may request dedicated commercial support to receive special pricing or cost estimates.
Important: Orders cannot be changed after 24 hours from the time of payment.

We offer two main shipping methods:

Customs clearance fee: For direct bank transfer and online card payment, a €200 fee is added to your order for Turkey customs clearance documents. This fee applies to all orders using those payment methods.
