The EAE UI108 KNX Universal Interface converts conventional switches, push buttons, and dry-contact devices into KNX telegrams. With 8 independent input channels, each configurable for one of six operating modes, it is the standard solution for upgrading existing wall switches to KNX without changing the visible plate.

The UI108 is designed for flush mounting in a deep wall box (minimum 60 × 60 mm) behind conventional switches, using colour-coded connecting cables. It is entirely bus-powered (21–30 V DC from the KNX line) — no separate auxiliary supply required. Up to 56 communication objects and 254 group addresses are available per device.

Input Flexibility

4. Value: 1-byte, 2-byte, or 4-byte value transmission.
5. Scene control: Scene recall and save (up to 64 scenes).
6. Pulse counter: Standard and differential pulse counting for utility meters.
