The EAE RCU2000 KNX Room Control Unit is an all-in-one DIN-rail actuator for hotel rooms, apartments, and commercial spaces. The highest output count in the output-only range: 20 × 16 A relay outputs in five independent output channel groups — for the most demanding single-room load lists.

From a single module it controls lighting, blinds, fan coils, and optional dry-contact inputs where fitted. The RCU2000 is bus-powered (no external auxiliary supply required) and switches resistive, capacitive, and inductive loads in accordance with EN 60669, including fluorescent lamp loads at 16 A / 250 V AC.

Choosing EAE Room Control Units

The RCU2000 maximises relay outputs without inputs. For 20 outputs plus 18 universal inputs, choose the RCU2018. For 16 outputs, see RCU1600. Need inputs as well? Choose the EAE RCU2018. For smaller wide-body rooms, the RCU1600 offers 16 outputs.

EAE naming: RCUXXYY where XX = output count and YY = input count (0 = output-only). All models share the KNX Room Control Unit v2.0 ETS application.
