The EAE HD100 KNX High Bay Movement Sensor is a ceiling-mounted PIR detector engineered for high-ceiling environments — warehouses, industrial halls, conference rooms, and sports facilities. Designed for mounting heights of 7 m to 14 m, it delivers 360° detection with up to a 25 m diameter coverage area at maximum height.

Like other EAE XD100-family sensors, the HD100 combines motion detection with an integrated brightness sensor for constant-light control, plus dedicated corridor, HVAC, and presence monitoring channels. It is KNX bus-powered and supports master/slave parallel operation for very large floor plates.

Note: The ETS application is published as HB360 High Bay Movement Sensor; the commercial product name is HD100.

Choosing EAE KNX Sensors

The HD100 is the high-ceiling specialist — use it when standard presence detectors cannot reach from 7 m and above. For corridor-length detection at normal ceiling heights, choose the CD100. For general 360° room presence at 2.5 – 5 m, choose the PD100.
