The Interra ITR832-0002 KNX–DALI Gateway is a dual-channel interface between a KNX installation and two independent DALI lighting lines. An internal DALI power supply feeds each line; up to 2 × 64 DALI devices (128 total) can be addressed, with 16 groups and 16 scenes per channel. Control is individual, group or broadcast from ETS. This coding includes the Ethernet port (family coding ITR832-00X2 with X=0) plus USB — unlike ITR832-0012, which has no Ethernet.

Compatible device types include DT0, DT1, DT6 and DT8 (TC / RGB / RGBW). Independent emergency lighting per EN 62386-202 is supported; function and duration tests can be triggered from KNX with feedback to the bus. Addressing via ETS or front buttons, ballast group assignment in ETS, faulty ballast/lamp detection, KNX/DALI voltage status objects, and Tunable White / RGB(W) colour control are documented in the Interra family datasheet. Two separate DALI channel connectors allow independent topology on each line.

Choosing and Commissioning

Choose ITR832-0002 when you need two DALI lines and the Ethernet service path. For one line use ITR832-0001; without Ethernet use 0011 / 0012. Commission with the Interra ETS application (S-Mode; .knxprod under Downloads). Wire each DALI channel with correct polarity; supply the gateway from 110–240 V AC (L/N/PE) and mount on a dry-location DIN rail.
