The Interra ITR830-XX19 is a Carrier VRF AC KNX gateway that delivers bidirectional monitoring and control between Carrier indoor units and the KNX bus. It exposes AC operating parameters (mode, setpoint, fan and status feedback) to KNX room controllers and supervisory systems.

Installation is inside the indoor unit or at a nearby location. The gateway connects to the Carrier wired-remote communication bus and to KNX. With no wired remote it operates as master; with a Carrier wired remote, master/slave role is selectable in ETS. Built-in 4 logic parameters (AND/OR/XOR, up to 4 inputs each) and 8 converters support energy routines, scene logic and temperature-limit handling without extra logic hardware.
