The Schneider Electric MTN6500-0101 is a SpaceLogic KNX coupler for DIN-rail mounting. It provides logical coupling and galvanic isolation between two KNX twisted-pair segments — typically a main line and a sub-line, or backbone and line — with an 8 kB filter table for group-oriented traffic management.

The device supports KNX Security for protected device access and secure forwarding of secured and unsecured telegrams. It can be configured in ETS 5.7.3 or higher as an area coupler, line coupler, or line repeater, and supports KNX long frames. Power is drawn from the KNX bus on both connected segments; size each line with a SpaceLogic PSU such as MTN684064, MTN6513-1202, or MTN6513-1203. For IP backbone routing instead of TP coupling, use MTN6500-0103.

Use MTN6500-0101 when you need a compact TP line/area coupler with filtering, galvanic isolation, and KNX Security on a single 18 mm module.
