The ABB KNX Tenton SBS/U Slave Thermostat is a freely configurable 6-fold or 10-fold push-button control element with integrated room temperature controller (RTC) for ABB i-bus® KNX. Each device includes an integrated KNX bus coupler, temperature sensor, and labelling field, sharing the Tenton industrial design and innovative colour-concept LED feedback (orange = RTC, yellow = lighting, blue = blind, magenta = scene).

Unlike the SBR/U master thermostat, the SBS/U operates exclusively as an RTC slave or controller extension: it displays actual and set-point temperature, provides local setpoint adjustment, and coordinates with a master RTC elsewhere in the zone. It cannot be configured as an RTC master — primary HVAC logic remains on the master device.
